Small batched made in-house and freshly baked daily, the Yume Classic Croissant combines the beauty of Nisho Japanese Flour and AOP Lescure French Butter to create a rich buttery flavour, yet flakey and light texture for the most stisfying crunch in every bite. 

Made using a 3 day process, each croissant is hand crafted by our chef with the utmost care.
