    What you will learn and bake: 

    - Baking a Chocolate Orange Cake (Demo + Hands-on) 

    - French Buttercream in Praline Flavour (Demo only) 

    - Itallian Buttercream (Demo + Hands-on)

    - How to use sugar sails to decorate your cake 


    In this class, you will learn how to bake your own chocolate orange cake, make your own Itallian meringue buttercream from scratch, watch chef's demo on how to make a french hazelnut praline buttercream and learn how to use isomalt sails to decorate your own cake. 


    You will learn the secrets to coating a smooth cake with straight edge and how to prepare the right consistency of buttercream to achieve this.You will also learn multi colour blending techniques to achieve a dreamy look for your cake. In this class, you will be using premium ingredients from Cacao Barry, Valrhona, Elle and Vire. 


    At the end of the class, you will bring home a 1kg cake fully decorated by yourself as well as a set of recipes to recreate this at home in the future. 

     

    Masterclass policy: 

    By signing up for our masterclass you are agreeing to the following policy. 


    a. Once booked, you are allowed to change the class date once if you were to inform our team a minimum of 5 days before the class commencement. 

    b. You are allowed to transfer the class to another person if you are unable to make it for the class. 

    c. No-shows for class is considered as forfeited, however you will still be entitled for the recipe if you were to collect it in person within 1 week of forfeiting the class. We will not send the recipe in soft copy. 

    d. In the unlikely event when the class is cancelled due to lack of participants, sick instructor or force majure, you can select to either get back the class in full refund or transfer to your next convenient date.
