Masterclass: Chocolate Palette Knife Sculpting Class (Intermediate Skills)
In this class, you will be learning how to craft and bring home a glass chest of your very own sculpted chocolate flowers using our newly created chocolate cream recipe, on a bar of chocolate. 100% edible.
The Yume Patisserie newly developed chocolate cream recipe is stable and can maintain its shape and hold up very well in Singapore's temperatures. The chocolate cream is smooth and can be made easily using ingredients which are readily available. In this class, you will also learn how to manipulate the chocolate paste to form the intermediate level rose.
Class information:
(Intermediate Skills) but all level of students confident enough are welcome to join!

- How to create Yume Patisserie's newest chocolate cream recipe which Chef Amber spent more than 2 years to perfect
- How to sculpt a classic tea rose using chocolate cream
- How to add side flowers and foliage using chocolate leaf

- Skills learnt can be applied on future cakes and pastries apart from chocolate bar

Masterclass policy:
By signing up for our masterclass you are agreeing to the following policy.
a. Once booked, you are allowed to change the class date once if you were to inform our team a minimum of 7 days before the class commencement.
b. However, you are allowed to transfer the class to another person if you are unable to make it for the class.
c. No-shows for class is considered as forfeited, however you will still be entitled to join the class group chat and receive any photos/recipes in soft copy
d. In the unlikely event when the class is cancelled due to lack of participants, sick instructor or force majeure, you can select to either get back the class in full refund or transfer to your next convenient date.
e. Please show up 15 mins before class starts. The instructor has the rights to bar students who are more than 30 mins late from entering the class.
